I am late with this comment, but when I saw this one today, I still had to add it to my favourites.
However, I shall keep it short in the view of the time that has passed since this was published!
It is such a strong illustration to the words, binds them in a more specific context; to me it narrows them down. It is rich, the words and how they are written, die characters and even the surface all that is on is part of the emotion transfered.
Such meaning in your artwork. Of course, the underlying depth of your paintings/drawings varies, but this one reallly stuck out to me, hence why it is my all-time favorite piece of yours. The meaning... gah, I'm not very articulate, but I'll give it a try...
The meaning- according to me- is someone (or somefox) who is trying to decide whether the other is using them or not, hence the mixed emotions (need you, break you). Finally, at the very end, it says kill me, where the person (fox) was so troubled with figuring out the other fox they couldn't take it anymore.
Dark, but beautiful.
The technique just blows me away. The coffee really gives it a melancholy, ominous look, and the red splatters are really key to this piece. Also, the broken glass pattern at the right and left sides of the page are a nice embellishment. The words completely tie the whole thing together, the illustrations further pressing the image into your mind.
This is absoultely fantastic. I love your work; it's so inspiring.

I absolutely love your art. Ha ha... I wish I could draw like this... but I make up for my lack of drawing abilities with my writing abilities. (and my flash making... I LOVE IT) My best friend (along with myself) loves foxes. She can't get enough of them, and so she draws. She is amazing, like you. LOL you should see them. They look sort of like yours. GAHH I am getting off topic. LOL NICE PIC, THAT IS MY POINT
