Wait, what...colours?!

Any of you remember this?
Flying snakes by Culpeo-Fox

Well, i finally stumbled over one of these in the wild (or rather...our garden). Did my random walk through the territory when this guy would suddenly show himself between the bushes, racing up a tree (and when i say racing - i mean racing. These things are so effing agile, wow). It was awesome to see it "flying" in action (not on me, though. He would eventually bump onto our rooftops)

Oh my God, i thought that comment was made under the Gargantua-one! Sorry, totally mixed that one up. 8D Hias are like hippies, those flying snakes are more like...snakes on speed. Literally.

I love Hias. Saw one of them actually chilling together with turtles on a piece of driftwood, just like that. Most relaxed reptiles of all time, they remind me of hippies in some weird way. :P

That's so adorable!
Haha well they do seem like hippies because of their relaxed stance and chill glare XD
And i just love flying snakes because of their bright and beautiful colors! About how long was it?
Well, have more fun exploring that little piece of heaven. One day i hope i will be able to visit that part of Asia too.

Ugh, i can't tell. This thing was moving way too fast, though it definitely wasn't at all tiny.

If I ever I come across one of these guys (not very likely, though. No, I'll end up getting chased by a Brown Snake xD I live in Australia), I'll probably expect it to fly. :XD: Beautiful, snake though. I think I might have seen one of these on a documentary at some point in time. Nice photo :D

Even in captivity these snakes are very twitchy and ready to move all the time. I take care of one at my work. (I wish they gave her a larger tank!) I hope to see one in the wild someday.

I may not have read the comic in the description before, but before I read it, I already had the idea that the snake looks like it is about to jump off the tree to catch its prey.

Since I learned of their existence, I've been wanting to see one fly. I'm going to have to rely on documentaries and Youtube videos for that, though.
